Wyndham Estate

Established in 1828 in the Hunter Valley, this is Australia's oldest operating winery.

Wyndham Estate have donated the red and white wine to be served during the meals. The white being George Wyndham Semillion Sauvignon Blanc, 2006 and the red, a George Wyndham Shiraz Cabernet, 2005.
